This website provides information about JangoAI. Its content is provided as is, and we may change it at any time.

Services for businesses

We provide services to businesses under a separate agreement with each business. The business is responsible for the content of the messages its bot sends and for using the bot lawfully with its customers. We operate the system under that agreement and the business's instructions.

Messaging a business's bot

• When you message a business that uses our system on WhatsApp or Instagram, an automated system may answer on the business's behalf. The business can reply in person at any point.
• You can ask to talk to a person at the business.
• To stop receiving messages from the bot, write "stop" in the conversation.
• Please do not send payment details or sensitive information the inquiry does not need.

Third-party services

WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services, and their use is also subject to Meta's terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, JangoAI is not liable for indirect damage caused by use of this website. Liability for services to businesses is set in the agreement with each business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

Changes

When we update these terms, we update the date at the top of this section.
